This role is a strategic, hands-on position focused on driving AI adoption and operational excellence across the organization. The AI Technical Operations Lead will identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge AI tools to solve real business challenges, enhance productivity, and optimize workflows. This position requires cross-functional collaboration, balancing technical knowledge with business acumen to deliver measurable ROI. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment, is comfortable implementing solutions from end-to-end, and can translate AI capabilities into tangible business value. Accountabilities:
- Research, evaluate, and select AI tools and platforms based on functionality, security, scalability, and integration potential.
- Lead cross-functional projects from discovery to deployment, including requirements gathering, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Design and implement workflows leveraging AI to streamline operations and solve business challenges.
- Integrate AI tools with existing systems, ensuring seamless adoption and technical efficiency.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs and ROI for all AI initiatives to measure effectiveness and impact.
- Train teams on AI tools, address challenges, and champion AI adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, business systems analysis, or operations-focused roles in technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with familiarity across AI platforms, GenAI, RPA, LLMs, or data analysis tools.
- Hands-on experience integrating software or tools with existing systems using APIs, webhooks, or low-code/no-code solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to measure and communicate project ROI and performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong problem-solving ability, proactive mindset, and capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
