Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP), and experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP).
- Demonstrable experience in HR data reporting or data validation roles.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (SAP People Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
