Founded in 1984 by Mike and Julie Neal as Delaware Cedar Company, the company began in a small building on Route 1 in Lewes, Delaware, with just three employees. Initially, the product line focused on cedar siding and shingles. Over the decades, American Cedar & Millwork has grown significantly from its humble beginnings. The company's mission since its inception has been to provide customers with the highest quality building materials and unmatched service.
