Javelot is a start-up that aims to become the leader in the digital transformation of post-harvest and grain storage. Supporting the transition to zero storage insecticide, using less energy to cool silos, optimizing logistics flows... our supervision platform enables our customers (cooperatives, traders and farmers) to be more efficient and responsible. With more than a thousand users and 4 million tonnes of cereals monitored, JAVELOT is the key player in the French market and aims to become the European leader. We have just been recognised by French Tech and the French Ministry of Agriculture as one of the 22 most promising start-ups in the agricultural sector (French Tech Agri20 programme) and have just officially raised 10 million euros to achieve our objectives!

In this context, we would like to strengthen our customer service department and are looking for a Junior Customer Success bilingual to support our customers in the use of our solutions.

As part of our Customer Success Management team, you will be responsible for supporting our users through a number of tasks :

• Train all our new users on our different tools and platforms ;
• Respond to incoming issues with quick and relevant solutions ;
• Collect customer feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of Javelot's solutions and products ;
• Provide follow-up and support to our users through several specialized and adapted communication tools ;
• Actively participate in the structuring of the customer department (formalization, implementation of new tools) ;
• Collect customer feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of Javelot solutions and products ;
• This position requires a minimum of 2 consecutive days of on-site presence per week (4 days wished).

Requirements

• You have a university degree from a business school, engineering school or master's degree ;
  
• You have excellent communication skills and are patient and a teacher by nature ;
• You are a good listener, and you like to understand and solve problems ;
• You are fluent in German or Romanian (or both), both orally and in writing (email, chat, telephone) ;
• You are rigorous, autonomous and highly organized ;
• You are not afraid of teamwork.
