As an Operations Associate in the CEO Office at Greyhound Capital, you will be instrumental in scaling the firm by transforming complex problems into reliable systems. You'll own the operational backbone, optimize critical workflows across all departments, and drive the firm's core rhythms, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement for this $1.5B AUM growth equity firm.

What you will do:

• Own and stabilize the firm's operational "plumbing," managing onboarding, valuations logistics, and vendor performance.

• Build and optimize critical processes across legal, finance, people, investment, and investor relations, creating scalable playbooks.

• Drive the firm's core operating cadence, coordinating deadlines, tracking KPIs, and ensuring timely execution of key rhythms.

The ideal candidate:

• 2–4 years in a high-intensity environment such as investment banking, consulting, or a high-growth startup.

• Strong academic track record with a university degree in STEM, finance, economics, or a similar field.

• Demonstrated track record of impact in lean, high-performance environments, with a passion for working with data (advanced Excel/Google Sheets).
