Join Swans as an Implementation Consultant, where you'll use your technical expertise to transform law firm operations. You’ll deploy CRM, automation, data, and AI solutions to solve complex process bottlenecks, streamline operations, and unlock significant revenue opportunities for clients. This hands-on role blends system design with strategic consulting to deliver meaningful impact across the legal sector.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and deploy advanced CRM setups, project management systems, and automation workflows.

• Implement data pipelines and analytics dashboards, giving law firm owners real-time visibility into firm performance.

• Lead AI training and embed practical, effective AI use into daily operations for clients.

The ideal candidate:

• 2–5 years’ experience deploying and configuring CRMs, PM systems, automation tools, and/or AI applications.

• Strong client communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

• A systems thinker and builder who enjoys designing, refining, and optimising operational workflows.
