This Head of Growth role offers full ownership of performance, acquisition, and retention for a rapidly scaling D2C brand. You'll drive efficient growth, build a high-performance team, and collaborate directly with the Founder to scale aggressively. This role combines creative strategy with data-driven execution, giving you founder-level autonomy to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

What you will do:

Manage growth budgets, oversee P&L, and build high-performing marketing teams.
The ideal candidate:
4+ years scaling high-growth D2C brands, ideally in wellness, supplements, or beauty.
Proven success scaling paid social to £500K+/mo while maintaining profitable CAC.
Deep expertise in funnel-building, media buying, retention tools (e.g., Klaviyo), and conversion optimization.
