What you will do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies, mapping and optimizing marketing funnels to achieve targets.

• Manage existing AI tools and proactively research, test, and integrate new AI solutions across all growth activities.

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR Tech.

• Proven expertise in marketing operations, funnel optimization, and paid digital campaigns.

• Hands-on experience with lead acquisition tools and CRM platforms, with a strong analytical mindset.
