What you will do:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies, mapping and optimizing marketing funnels to achieve targets.
Manage existing AI tools and proactively research, test, and integrate new AI solutions across all growth activities.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
The ideal candidate:
3-5 years of experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR Tech.
Proven expertise in marketing operations, funnel optimization, and paid digital campaigns.
Hands-on experience with lead acquisition tools and CRM platforms, with a strong analytical mindset.
