As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll report directly to the Founders, focusing on world-class backend experiences. You'll build, test, and ship features, integrating personalisation and gamification, making a significant impact on product experience and growth.

What you will do:

• Build, maintain, and scale backend services and APIs supporting the learning platform across web and mobile.

• Collaborate with the wider engineering team and product designers to deliver seamless, intelligent, and impactful features.

• Own features end-to-end, from architectural design to development, deployment, and iteration.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong full-stack fundamentals with a backend focus, skilled in Python, PostgreSQL, and familiar with TypeScript.

• Clear communicator who can break down complexity, collaborate effectively, and is driven by impact.

• Self-starter with a maker mindset, startup experience preferred, ambitious and motivated to build something meaningful.
