Why We Need you!

As a Competitive Intelligence Intern, you will play a crucial role in our strategic planning process by conducting in-depth research and analysis of our competitors and market segments key to our business. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to provide actionable insights that will inform our go-to-market teams. You will be part of a Solutions Marketing team with solution and market experts who will support your competitive research and analysis efforts

What You Will Be Doing:

• Conduct comprehensive competitive research and analysis across various sources, including primary/secondary research, industry reports, market studies, and digital media

• Utilize data exploration techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights within complex datasets

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives, ensuring relevant and impactful competitive intelligence

• Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations, highlighting key implications for our business strategy

• Monitor industry trends and provide timely updates on significant developments affecting our market position

• Translate complex technical information into simple and concise language to enable sales and customer success teams with competitive information

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

• Initiative and a curious mindset that lends itself to both research and analysis

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate competitive intelligence with attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience in performing independent research towards a project end goal

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

• Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
