Senior Machine Learning Engineer

At IT Labs, we’re looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a customer-facing team supporting a cutting-edge deeptech client that’s revolutionizing engineering through AI. This company is building an AI-powered simulation software stack that enables faster, smarter innovation across industries like Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, and Semiconductors.

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to design and deploy machine learning models that turn complex datasets into actionable insights. You’ll help solve real-world business challenges through AI and collaborate across teams to bridge technical and business understanding.

What you will do:

• Work with teams to understand business problems and translate them into AI solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for prediction, classification, and optimization.

• Perform data analysis and feature engineering to support machine learning initiatives.

• Communicate AI insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ensure solutions follow best practices for data security and compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience designing and deploying machine learning models.

• Strong programming skills in Python or R, and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).

• Solid understanding of data analysis and ability to connect AI results to business needs.

• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
