Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Deployment Engineer to join our team at IT Labs. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and managing infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments, working closely with clients to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that blends deep technical expertise with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters (AWS, Azure, on-premise)
• Extensive experience with Azure
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Crossplane, Terraform, and Helm
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and observability in containerized environments
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative across teams
• Bonus: Experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or regulated/high-security environments
