Your Mission

• AI Command & Quality Control: Harness modern GenAI models to process and analyze massive datasets. You will be the final authority on AI-generated outputs, ensuring sentiment analysis and topic categorization meet our "gold standard" for client reports.

• Ethical AI Governance: Act as our guardian of integrity. You will actively monitor for bias, hallucinations, and privacy risks, helping to build the frameworks that keep AI safe and compliant.

• Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Get hands-on with LLMs. You will design, test, and document advanced prompts to automate workflows, turning "raw" AI into a precision tool.

• Strategic Collaboration: Bridge the gap between Engineering and Account Management. You’ll translate complex AI-driven data into stunning visualizations that tell a compelling story for our clients.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Communications.

• The Mindset: A rare mix of curiosity and skepticism. You can spot a "hallucination" in a sea of text and have a hawk-eye for detail.

• AI Literacy: You are a power user of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and understand the nuances of prompt engineering and data privacy.

• Technical Chops: Proficiency in Excel (X-Lookups/Pivots) is a must; basic SQL or Python is a major plus.

• Fresh Perspectives:We love Fresh Graduates! If you have a standout internship or academic project involving machine learning or data governance, we want to see it.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.

• Knowledge of Python or SQL for automation scripting.
