We are looking for aSenior Full Stack Developer / Tech Leadwith strong technical expertise and leadership experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on across the full stack, experienced withNode.jsandReact, and capable of mentoring junior developers while maintaining high technical standards. Some experience with AWS or DevOps is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications usingNode.jsandReact(or similar modern frameworks).
- Contribute to backend services usingNode.jsand at least one additional backend language such asPython,Java, orGo.
- Conductcode reviews, define and enforcecoding standards, and promote best practices for maintainability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Design teams to plan, deliver, and maintain high-quality software.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical documentation.
- (Optional) SupportDevOps-related tasksinAWS, such as CI/CD setup, monitoring, and deployment automation.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development withNode.jsandReact(or comparable frameworks).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational/non-relational databases.
- Proven experience intechnical leadership, including code reviews and mentoring.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience withAWS services(EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Exposure toDevOps, containerization (Docker), or CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge ofTypeScript,Next.js, orGraphQL.
- Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments.
