Technical Architect (Python/ Node JS)

• Participate in customer-facing workshops and discovery - oftenwith customer’s technical team, and develop a technical deployment plan
• Ensure detailed integration with other systems and apps, includingSalesforce, Google,

Microsoft, IDP software other SaaS products and custom apps/bots

• Securely set up, refresh and reconfigure a customer’s Slackenvironment based on IT, governance and technical requirements
• Create and present detailed technical information, supporting thesales cycle and assisting with scoping work efforts for complex endeavors
• Build, design and develop custom Slack applications that tacklemajor client roadblocks such as onboarding, recognition, polling etc
• Identify the gaps between current and desired end-states of Slackand plan solutions
• Support and escalate points for technical issues and resolve Slackescalation queues
• Assist with delivery management processes and enforcement
• Offer training on all Slack, custom Slack apps, workflows etc

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (orequivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as Tech Lead / SolutionsArchitect
• Fluency in English to ensure smooth communication withinternational teams and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with web services/ RESTful APIs
• Strongholds in databases, including knowledge of SQLand NoSQLmodels
• Expertise in configuration and integration using tools like PowerShell,JavaScript, Postman, etc.
• Strong grasp of JavaScript (NodeJS) / Python and AWS
• Knowledge ofdigital workplace tools, specifically Slack Admin, Slack Workflows, SlackForms, Slack APPs and APIs (SFDC a bonus!)Uses Slack in daily work
• Hands-on proficiency with data exchanges
• Familiarity with networking and internet protocols, includingTCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks
• Understanding of cloud security models and API security models andDLP providers
• Practical knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• You possess excellent written and verbal communications skills,with the ability to go a mile deep with technical customer resources or todescribe the most basic capabilities to a business user
• You have excellent presentation skills for presenting both business-orientedsolutions and sophisticated technical concepts
• You have experience leading and crafting technical projects, engagingwith and motivating change across multiple IT executives and organizationallevels.
• You have experience working directly with Sales and Success teams,Consultants, and System Integrators
