Fullstack Developer

• Be the go-to technical expert for Shopify and BigCommerce technical capabilities as well as the broader ecosystem of eCommerce applications
  
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new platforms and technologies and share your knowledge with our internal teams
  
• Produce high-quality, maintainable, tested code using established frameworks, and common design patterns
  
• Manage code reviews and provide assistance and support to other Developers
  
• Provide escalation support, coaching and mentoring other team members, individually and collectively to improve their skills
  
• Contribute to sales proposals, solutions, business requirements documents, and due diligence work from a technical point of view
  
• Leads delivery for key projects or tasks that support Tech Services program of work.
  
• Be accountable for the accuracy of developer time and cost estimates and contribute to solutions
  
• Developing an agency-first mentality in highlighting scope creep. Ensuring that any overages are addressed with Delivery Managers to resolve in a timely and appropriate manner
  
• Understand the core technical requirements of our clients and how to best advise our Sales and Delivery teams in meeting those requirements
  
• Fulfill an agreed number of developer hours
  

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in computer science, engineering, or a related field and/ or
  

• Knowledge and understanding of Shopify and/or BigCommerce SaaS platforms including building
  

• Thorough understanding and commercial experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and
  

• Deep understanding of and expertise with AWS or other cloud platforms, CI/CD procedures, and
  

• Strong ability to analyse and interpret business needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  
• Strong customer-centric and knowledge-sharing mindset.
  
• Thorough understanding of software delivery lifecycle and Agile methodology
  
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
