Location:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of eCommerce projects (new builds, enhancements, integrations, BAU support).
- Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects & deliverables, including planning schedules, budgeting and resource allocation.
- Responsible for scope requirements; working with the design & technical leads to keep delivery within scope and budget.
- Ensure seamless integration of third-party applications, APIs, and eCommerce tools.
- Own delivery outcomes: scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
- Conduct regular project reporting, status updates, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Effectively identify and mitigate risks and resolve challenges. Continuously improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Act as a strategic partner, advising clients on how to optimise and grow their eCommerce presence.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key clients, presenting performance insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with client business goals (e.g. CRO, platform upgrades, integrations).
- Proactively suggest opportunities for improvement, including CRO, UX enhancements, platform upgrades, and new integrations.
- Stay across eCommerce platform updates (Shopify, BigCommerce, Headless, etc.) and share relevant insights with clients.
- Partner with the Head of Client Success to drive account growth through consultative upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, project requirements, and technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering growth and development.
- Support the Head of Client Success in meeting agency business goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in web project management within a digital Agency
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working on both large and small budget projects ranging from $50K up to $300k +
- Ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Preferable to have certification in PMP, Prince 2, Certified scrum master.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and risk management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, including Shopify, BIg Commerce and Headless CMS solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet/Microsoft project, Google suite.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices, website performance optimisation, and SEO principles is an advantage.
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
