Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Sales Process Controls Specialist to join our Sales Support & Administration team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant processing of deals throughout the verification lifecycle, validating foundational deal details against internal policies and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of required experience in a senior sales support function
- Strong knowledge of complex sales processes, adherence to internal procedures, and an understanding of multi-country/global sales processes
- Proven ability in advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and exercising exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- University Degree (business, economics) in a related field is preferred, along with mandatory fluency in English
