This role is ideal for someone has a strong operational/logistics background, directs teams with a performance mindset and solid customer relationship experience.
The project leader will also drive a box truck between two adjacent locations. This is an exciting and unique role that supports emerging business areas and new forms of project revenue for Iron Mountain.
This temporary role reports into the National Project Manager of Customer Solutions.The person in this role is ultimately responsible for the execution of project Statement of Work and decisions relating to customer satisfaction, business process, utilization of resources and maximizing profit margin.
Responsibilities :
include logistical coordination, equipment readiness, process and safety training, organizing work activities and directing teams to meet or exceed performance expectations, as well as perform administrative tasks such as timekeeping, reporting of progress
Iimplementing and managing staff to key metrics and resolving process exceptions on a timely basis.
The Project Leader shall be capable of recognizing and adjusting to non-standard situations as they arise and providing suggestions for process improvements.
General Requirements
Directing teams (2 years experience executing leading frontline teams)
Customer relationship (2 years customer interaction)
Proficient communications skills both written and verbal Ability to follow directions explicitly and work autonomously.
