TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager

Role overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive our digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on lead generation, marketing automation, and brand visibility. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, highly analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, B2B environment.
- Develop, execute, and optimize inbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot to generate and nurture qualified leads.
- Create targeted email marketing and social media campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
- Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn) through organic and paid strategies, aligned with brand voice and business goals.
- Web content maintenance and SEO/SEM strategies
- Collaborate with sales, product, partners and external vendors to ensure alignment.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, lead funnel metrics, and conversion rates, using HubSpot and other analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Work cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and marketing assets.
Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in the Role:
- 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Proven expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub: workflows, email automation, lead scoring, CRM integrations, and reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience in email marketing, LinkedIn management, and lead generation strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- High level of English is essential (C2). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, paid social, and website optimization.
- Experience with any project management methods and tools. (Wrike, Trello)
