The Network Risk Analyst plays a critical role in strengthening organizational resilience and accountability for Ipas in areas of risk management, safety and security, internal audit, and ethics. This position provides technical and operational support to the Network Risk function, which oversees enterprise risk management (ERM), safety and security, insurance and risk pooling arrangements, internal audit coordination and ethics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, Finance, International Development, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, or internal audit, ideally within NGOs or donor-funded projects
- Proven experience creating and leading training programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, auditory, and written communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across diverse cultural contexts and various levels of the organization
