We are building a poolof talented Golang Backend Engineers to be considered for future opportunities with ioet and our international clients. We are looking for Mid-Level and Senior Golang Backend Engineers with strong backend experience. This pool is for people who enjoy building reliable backend systems, working with APIs, cloud services, microservices, integrations, testing frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools while collaborating with international teams.
Requirements:
3–6 years of professional experience in software development
Stronghands-on experience with Golang backenddevelopment
Hands-on experience with cloudplatforms (AWS, GCP)
Experience designing, building, and maintaining backend services and APIs.
Experience working with databases, either SQL or NoSQL
Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, or cloud-based architectures.
Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving backend applications.
Familiarity with testing practices and tools such as unit and integration testing, and mocks.
Solid understanding of backend architecture, clean code principles, and software design patterns
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency, C1 preferred
