We are looking for an experienced Item Master Data Analyst / Administrator who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and maintaining product data across multiple business systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability of large product catalogs.

You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and Business Systems teams to support product launches, maintain data integrity, and improve data governance processes. This role is critical to ensuring operational workflows function correctly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing product data, item master data, or operational systems data.

  • Experience creating and maintaining SKUs or product catalogs.

  • Experience with NetSuite.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and analysis.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, or product teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of structured data.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

  • English communication skills – Minimum B2 level proficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of how product data flows across systems like ERP, WMS, Shopify, e-commerce platforms, or PLM tools.

  • Knowledge of SKU structures, product hierarchies, and catalog governance.

  • Experience building data validation processes, reporting dashboards, or lightweight automation.

  • Exposure to product lifecycle or product launch processes.

  • Background in e-commerce, retail, or consumer products environments.
