Senior SEM & Paid Ads Manager (Mexico-Based, Remote)

We are expanding our digital capabilities and seeking a highly experienced Senior SEM Paid Ads Manager with at least 10 years of proven, hands-on expertise. This role is designed for someone who has successfully executed high-performance paid media campaigns and is ready to deliver plug-and-play results across our diverse portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Media Strategy Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEM and paid advertising campaigns (including Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms) that align with our portfolio companies’ growth objectives.
• Budget Performance Management: Oversee multi-channel paid media budgets to ensure optimal ROI while monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance.
• Plug-and-Play Impact: Take ownership of campaigns from setup to execution, making real-time adjustments based on expert judgment and data insights.
• Cross-Channel Collaboration: Coordinate with the SEO and marketing automation teams to ensure an integrated digital marketing approach.
• Innovation Testing: Lead A/B testing and experiment with new ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation techniques to maximize performance.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on experience in SEM and paid media management, with a strong record of driving measurable results.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and proficiency in relevant analytics and campaign management tools.
• Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to deliver rapid, tangible improvements in campaign performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
