Senior .NET Developer

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, implementation, and support of modern microservices-based enterprise systems. You will work on high-performance backend services built with .NET 8+ and cloud-native technologies, focusing on scalability, reliability, and secure integrations across multiple data sources and platforms. This role suits an experienced professional who can take ownership of complex technical tasks, collaborate effectively within Agile teams, and deliver production-grade solutions in demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET 8.0+
• Contribute to the implementation of microservices-based architectures
• Build reliable, fast, scalable, and secure backend components that meet SLAs
• Develop services that read, transform, and distribute data across multiple systems (APIs, SQL Server, Elasticsearch, Redis, ActiveMQ, graph databases, files)
• Write and maintain complex SQL Server stored procedures
• Implement validation mechanisms through unit and integration tests
• Review and approve pull requests created by team members
• Create and manage build and release pipelines and Test Plans in Azure DevOps
• Manage Kubernetes deployments and Helm charts for applications and services
• Develop observability features including Kibana dashboards and Elasticsearch queries
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth; ADFS knowledge is a plus)
• Produce clear technical documentation and follow secure coding practices
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, estimations, and team collaboration

Requirements

• Expert-level professional profile (Level 3 equivalent)

• University degree (minimum 3–4 years studies) with at least 9–10 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8+ backend development
• Experience with common .NET libraries and tools (Newtonsoft.Json, OpenTelemetry, Swagger, Moq, Bogus, AutoBogus)
• Solid experience designing and implementing microservices
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and stored procedures
• Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps pipelines
• Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes (Helm charts)
• Experience working with Elasticsearch, Redis, and messaging systems (ActiveMQ or similar)
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, logging, auditing, and monitoring
• Familiarity with OAuth authentication mechanisms
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively
• EU citizenship is mandatory
