We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. This is a fully remote position offering flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals who are organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, or content management systems (CMS).
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
Maintain and organize digital files and records.
Review, correct, and clean up existing data as needed.
Perform regular data backups and ensure secure handling of confidential information.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and deadlines.
Generate simple reports or summaries from data as requested.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
Fast and accurate typing skills (typically 40–60 WPM minimum).
High attention to detail and ability to spot data errors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, or other data platforms.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working remotely in a data-driven role.
Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, or database tools.
