As a Senior Provider Network Acquisition Specialist you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our holistic provider network, encompassing physical, financial, and nutritional experts. You'll lead the charge in hitting our hiring targets by supporting and driving planning efforts, and refining our recruitment processes. Your role will involve conducting local market research, developing strategic hiring plans, and ensuring an outstanding hiring experience for all candidates.
- Focus on growing Intellect’s holistic network provider pool globally, sourcing for physical, financial and nutritional providers to join Intellect’s network.
- Support and drive hiring target planning, taking into account market resource requirements, time-to-hire, capacity per recruiter, demand requirements etc.
- Manage contract recruiters in a growing team to ensure that the team is effective and hitting the hiring targets.
- Proactively review and improve hiring, interviewing, onboarding processes to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment strategy and process.
- Conduct local market research to understand hiring requirements, local manpower regulations and compensation rates to make recommendations on the roles that we hire.
- Actively contribute in the development of hiring plans, strategies and protocols to ensure best candidate pool
- Support the team in preparing job descriptions and managing job advertisements on job portals
- Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), manage the interview process and handle all follow-up communications
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and other similar avenues
- Provide the best hiring experience for the applicants
- Complete any other duties associated with the full recruitment life cycle
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of proven working experience in recruitment and its end-to-end lifecycle
- Ability to work autonomously on tasks but also collaborate with the rest of the team whenever necessary
- Experience with creating and analysing recruitment reports to track metrics and improve processes
- Experience with recruiting full-time, part-time and freelancers
- Prior experience in improving hiring processes and managing hiring databases
- Excellent communication skills and can juggle multiple requisitions
- Previous experience hiring in a startup is a plus
- Previous experience managing a team is a plus
