We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic IT Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and customising the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Contract Management, Service Catalog, etc.)
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages: JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow-specific APIs
- Experience with ServiceNow integration tools (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.)
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
