Requirements
- Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Epic and other clinical applications
- Collaboration with clinical end-users, IT staff, and vendors
- System testing and validation
- Documentation of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Participation in Epic software upgrades and enhancements
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of clinical application issues
