Business Transformation Director

Job Description:

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) Role for Certifications and Audits: Transition from project management to leading and driving audit and certification processes as a subject matter expert. This includes developing and recommending strategies to streamline and optimize these processes.

• End-to-End Audit Ownership: Take full ownership of audits from start to finish, encompassing the development of playbooks, managing audit processes, and ensuring successful outcomes.

• Process Optimization: Focus on optimizing existing cross-functional processes that touch the CIO organization (e.g. associated with billing systems, work management systems, legal cross-functional system optimizations, etc.), identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Management of Corporate Development Projects: Manage due diligence and other corporate development-related projects, leveraging his experience and positive feedback from executives to lead these initiatives.

• Enhanced Executive Presence: This role will involve increased interaction with senior executives, reflecting his developed executive presence and ability to manage high-stakes projects.

• Collaboration on Cross-Functional Strategic Initiatives (e.g. IAS 2.0, policy creation and management): Play a key role in key strategic initiatives by utilizing his collaborative approach to drive team alignment and project success.

IAS Pay Transparency:

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans.
