Workday Adaptive Consultant- part-time W2 contract. Must have extensive experience in implementing Workday Adaptive Planning and applying best practices. This is a remote opportunity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in a high-performing FP&A function, preferably within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Proven expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, including implementation, model building, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to improve financial systems and processes.
- Advanced MS Excel and intermediate skills in SQL, SAP, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
- Embrace a “yes and” mindset of willingness to help and be a part of the solution.
- Own responsibilities end-to-end in an independent manner.
- Drives FP&A strategy analysis for senior executive leadership.
- Demonstrates natural curiosity to learn and identify opportunities for process improvement.
