Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications that meet user and business requirements.
- Introduce and deploy software solutions into production environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
- Continuously optimize and update existing applications to enhance functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate closely with Engineers, Designers, and Product Manager to achieve common objectives and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation describing system design, implementation processes, and operational procedures.
- Identify, report, and track issues using tools such as Jira, ensuring timely resolution and process transparency.
- Perform code refactoring and contribute to improving overall code quality and maintainability.
- Participate in testing and debugging activities to ensure software reliability and robustness.
- Share knowledge, provide mentorship, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- 5+ years of commercial experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin, or solid Java expertise with a proven interest and readiness to work primarily with Kotlin.
- Proven hands-on experience developing microservices using modern technologies such as Apache Kafka, REST APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-based infrastructure (GCP or another).
- Solid understanding of software development processes and tools, including Maven/Gradle, Git, JIRA, Confluence, Code Reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, deliver high-quality results, and actively contribute to continuous improvement in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with a focus on results and quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, fostering teamwork and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (B2–C1 level) and native fluency in Polish or French.

About MR Network Team: Our PUDO (Pick Up - Drop Off) team develops software for managing PUDO points in MR network. PUDOs are locations where parcels can be picked up and dropped off. The software is used by couriers and PUDO employees to handle various tasks related to parcel management, pick ups, drop offs, inventory, managing holidays and opening times.
