Requirements
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform and applications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the quality of the developed solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring their effective utilization of ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices, ensuring our platform remains current.
- Document and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for future reference.
