Senior Project Manager (Managed Services)

About the Role

Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design and launch of a large-scale service delivery program for one of our strategic healthcare customers. You’ll own the end-to-end setup of an operational capability that connects people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes.

A Day in the Life

• Lead the implementation of a new service delivery model, ensuring readiness across workforce, process, and technology.
• Partner with client and internal leaders to define operating models, governance structures, and performance frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional execution, managing milestones, risks, and interdependencies
• Establish reporting and governance cadences to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Oversee the transition from implementation to steady-state operations and measure ongoing performance.

What You Need

• 7–10 years of experience in project/program management within healthcare operations or technology-enabled delivery environments.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives that involve operational setup or transformation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and organizational dynamics.
• Excellent communicator with strong executive presence and influencing skills.
• PMP or similar certification preferred. Jira experience.
