The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns in Latin America and the Caribbean, working in partnership with the regional Demand Generation team to align paid media actions with funnel objectives. The role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience managing paid digital campaigns in both agency and in-house environments
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (native-level)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking, and attribution models
