Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water treatment operations, treatment process troubleshooting and/or regulatory roles
- Strong knowledge of SDWA requirements and industry standards for water treatment facility performance
- Experience in project or initiative management, including planning, execution, budgeting or costing, and stakeholder management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
