Infiterra is looking for a hands-on marketer to help turn marketing engagement into qualified pipeline. This role works closely with our Paid Ads Manager to personalize campaigns using AI, lead scoring, intent signals, and behavior-based triggers.

You will own the nurture layer between paid acquisition and sales qualification: identifying which leads are showing buying intent, designing personalized messaging flows, and improving how we move Marketing Engaged Leads into MQLs.

This is not a strategy-only role. You will build, test, analyze, and optimize campaigns yourself, using AI to increase relevance, speed, and conversion performance.

What you’ll own

  • You will design AI-personalized nurture campaigns for marketing-engaged leads across paid and lifecycle channels.

  • You will use lead scoring, intent data, engagement signals, and funnel triggers to decide what message each lead should receive next.

  • You will work with the Paid Ads Manager to connect campaign messaging from ad click to nurture journey, ensuring the experience feels relevant and continuous.

  • You will test personalized messages, offers, sequences, and segmentation logic to improve conversion through the funnel.

  • You will monitor and optimize the MEL-to-MQL conversion rate, with a clear focus on improving funnel quality and sales readiness.

  • You will help build the operating model for AI-assisted campaign personalization at Infiterra.

Who you are

  • You have 4+ years of experience managing and nurturing the marketing funnel at a B2B tech company, ideally in a SaaS environment.

  • You are a hands-on lifecycle, demand generation, or growth marketer who is excited by AI, personalization, and funnel performance.

  • You understand how paid campaigns, nurture journeys, lead scoring, and sales qualification connect.

  • You are comfortable working with intent signals, CRM data, campaign engagement, and behavioral triggers.

  • You move fast, test often, and care about measurable outcomes.

  • You know that personalization is not just adding a first name to an email — it is using context, timing, and buyer intent to make every message more relevant.

Primary KPI

Improve funnel conversion, especially the Marketing Engaged Lead to MQL rate, while increasing the quality and readiness of leads passed to sales.
