PMO Data Scrum Master

We are seeking a Team Lead with a strong PMO background to oversee a multidisciplinary team working on Business Intelligence and Data Integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager with a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, capable of driving delivery across modern and legacy technology landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of BI and data integration professionals.
• Manage project delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data-related projects.
• Promote continuous improvement and support the transition to modern cloud-based solutions.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations in English.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or PMO roles within data or BI environments.
• Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios.
• Fluent English (C2 level) – both written and spoken – is essential.
• Technical awareness of BI and data integration tools is desirable but not required.

While deep technical expertise is not mandatory, familiarity with the following technologies is a plus:

• Modern stack: Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Power BI,...
