Buscamos um Gerente de Projetos com experiência em plataformas low-code para liderar iniciativas de desenvolvimento digital em ambiente corporativo. O profissional será responsável por planejar, coordenar e acompanhar projetos desenvolvidos em tecnologias low-code, garantindo entrega dentro de prazo, escopo, qualidade e alinhamento com os objetivos de negócio.
As responsabilidades incluem gestão de times multifuncionais, acompanhamento de sprints, interface com áreas de negócio, priorização de demandas, mitigação de riscos, controle de cronogramas e apoio em decisões estratégicas relacionadas ao ciclo de desenvolvimento low-code.
Também é necessário garantir governança, organização de backlog, documentação e comunicação clara com stakeholders técnicos e funcionais.
Experiência mínima de 5 anos em gestão de projetos, preferencialmente em iniciativas de desenvolvimento de software.
Vivência com projetos utilizando plataformas low-code (OutSystems).
Experiência em condução de projetos ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) e híbridos.
Capacidade de análise e priorização de requisitos, acompanhamento de roadmap e gestão de expectativas de stakeholders.
Experiência na gestão de equipes multidisciplinares (desenvolvedores, UX/UI, QA, arquitetura).
Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão como Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence ou equivalentes.
Habilidade em identificação de riscos, elaboração de planos de ação e acompanhamento de KPI’s.
Certificações PMP, PSM, PSPO, PMI-ACP ou similares serão consideradas diferenciais.
