Role Overview:
TheClient Onboarding Functional Specialistplaysa critical role in the successful onboarding of wealth
management, private bank, and trust clients onto theSEITrust 3000 (T3K)platform. This role will be part of
the Operations team working directly with the end clients. TheClient Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial
role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clientorganizations. The specialist brings
strongwealth management domain expertise, adeep understanding ofT3K onboarding and operational
workflows, and the ability to lead functionaldiscussions across onboarding operations.
Requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
·Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end client onboardingprocess as per the Standard Operating Processes
·Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients,internal teams, and external partners to facilitate smooth onboarding.
·Compliance: Ensure all onboarding processes comply withregulatory requirements and internal policies.
·Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to monitor onboardingperformance and identify areas for improvement.
·Participate in requirements, enhancements for client onboardingonto SEI Trust 3000, covering account setup, client data, assets, andoperational readiness.
·Analyze client business models, operating procedures, and serviceexpectations to designfit-for-purpose onboarding solutions.
·Document detailedbusiness rules, workflows, and datamappingsaligned to T3K capabilities.
·Serve as the primary onboarding functional point of contactforclients, delivery teams, and third-party stakeholders.
·Participate in any meetings, and design sessions to validateonboarding processes, assumptions, and dependencies and recommend improvements.
·Ensure onboarding processes align withregulatory,compliance, and risk requirements, including KYC, AML, CIP, and accountgovernance controls.
·Partner with client compliance and operations teams to validateonboarding documentation and approval checkpoints.
·Supportclient data conversion and migrationactivities,including account, client, asset, and historical data onboarding into T3K.
·Review and validate data mapping specifications, reconciliationoutputs, and exception handling processes.
·SupportUAT planning and execution, including testscenario definition, defect triage, and functional sign-off.
·Participate ingo-live readiness assessments, cut over planning, and post-go-live stabilization support.
·Identify opportunities tostandardize, streamline, andoptimize onboarding processesacross engagements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
·5+ yearsof experience inwealth management or trustoperations.
·2+ yearsin aClient Onboarding, Functional Specialist, orBusiness Analystrole.
·Hands-on experience withSEI Trust 3000 (T3K)isstronglyrequired.
