• Role Title: Senior Software Backend Engineer
• Direct Report: Senior Engineering Manager
• Area: Engineering
• Location: Mexico

Incode is seeking Senior Software Backend Engineers. Our core values revolve around quality, integrity and impact. We want to bring in someone who will help us to grow this company and build our company culture.

You will help us build our main backend infrastructure and API services from the ground up. We place a high premium on communication, good design and clean implementation. Above all other factors, we are looking for smart, driven candidates who want to be part of a culture of innovation and creativity as we revolutionize sharing.

Requirements:

• BS or MS in EE/CS or other applicable discipline with 4+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Java and Node.js (Plus)
• Proficiency in SQL and No-SQL(Mongo, Neo4j) based databases
• Experience building web services at scale
• Experience building big data systems is a plus
• Experience with AWS
• Ideally, some experience in Swift, Objective-C, and iOS Frameworks
• 3+ years of test automation experience building highly-reliable, mission critical software
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Experience writing mobile apps for Android is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a new talented team of engineers
• Rapidly build and evolve major features
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Collaborate closely with product, design and management
