We’re looking for a sharp, confident Sales Development Representative to work low-volume, high-quality hot leads and help build a buyers list for premium upsells.

This is not a spray-and-pray dial role. You’ll be speaking to people who already have intent and have already spent $1000+ on our range of products.

You will be qualifying them properly, building rapport, and positioning higher-ticket offers. If you’re commercially aware, persuasive, and want a clear path to grow into a Closer role, this is for you.

You’ll be a key part of the revenue engine, working closely with closers and leadership to maximize deal flow and conversions.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is/has:

  • Proven experience in sales, SDR, or appointment setting (high-ticket or consultative sales preferred)
  • Confident dialling and speaking prospects
  • Comfortable handling objections and positioning upsells
  • Highly organized and able to manage a buyers list/CRM accurately
  • Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented
  • A strong and clear communicator with a professional phone presence
  • Remote setup with reliable internet and quiet workspace

It began with the shared vision of its owners, Kyle Fedorka and Greg Haeger, two individuals whose lives have been deeply intertwined with the sport. Kyle Fedorka, a former standout athlete at Madonna University, made a name for himself as both a formidable position player and a dominant pitcher. His collegiate career was highlighted by earning NAIA All-American honors and setting a single-season saves record as a freshman, a testament to his early talent and composure on the mound. After his playing days, Kyle seamlessly transitioned into coaching, first as a graduate assistant and then as an Assistant Coach at his alma mater. His journey continued in the competitive world of travel baseball, where he honed his skills in developing young athletes, guiding players from the tender age of 11 all the way to the cusp of their college careers at 18. With over a decade of experience, Kyle's leadership in pitching development has become the cornerstone of High Performance Training's reputation for innovation and excellence.

Complementing Kyle's expertise is the extensive experience of Greg Haeger, the Director of Hitting Development. Greg's journey in baseball is marked by professional-level talent and a long, successful coaching career. Drafted by the Detroit Tigers out of Detroit Catholic Central High School in 1987, he opted to play for the prestigious University of Michigan. His talent was undeniable, leading to him being drafted again by the Tigers three years later. While his professional playing career spanned six years, his true calling was in shaping the next generation of players. In 1996, Greg took the helm as the head coach for the Madonna University Baseball team, a position he held with distinction for two decades. With over 25 years of instructional expertise, Coach Haeger now leads all hitting programs at High Performance Training, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a deep-seated passion for the game to every lesson. Together, Kyle and Greg have created more than just a training facility; they have built a positive, nurturing environment where athletes are given the tools, knowledge, and encouragement to thrive and reach their ultimate potential, both on and off the field.
