Stay safe on Himalayas

Never send money to companies. Jobs on Himalayas will never require payment from applicants.

This is a senior operator role for someone who wants to build and lead a world-class organic media machine alongside our founder Richard Yu and our team at Impact Clients.

This is not a social media manager role.
This is not a “make posts and schedule content” job.
This is not a gig or a short-term contractor position.

Our Company Mission: To help ordinary people build extraordinary businesses online, and teach them the mindset and skills necessary to not just to make money, but more importantly to improve in all aspects of their lives.

Who We Are: We are an online education company that teaches people (9-5ers, busy parents, university students, etc) how to build thriving online digital product businesses.

Why We Are Looking For This Role: Richard and our team have grown our social media accounts to 1.5M+ followers (Over 1 million on Instagram @richardyuzee (feel free to look), Richard Yu on Youtube (150K+ subscribers)... and we use organic content (meaning NO advertising or boosting posts) to drive leads (customers and qualified booked calls) to our coaching programs and digital software services that we offer.

You are essentially building the "Traffic Engine" that will supply our company with unlimited amounts of leads so our company can continue to serve and impact more and more people through the coaching and software products that we offer.

Our Founder’s Story: Richard Yu began documenting his life at age 19 from his college dorm room in UCLA. Within 2 years, he launched a $500 productivity course (teaching college students how to wake up early and be productive), that ended up doing $500K in sales in 8 months. So many of his peers asked him “how did you do it?!” so he began to teach others how to monetize their knowledge and sell digital products (courses, PDFs, coaching, etc).

That grew into a consulting and education company that has now done over 30 million in sales and a team of 62 full time staff.

Feel free to reference a documentary made about his life here (1 hr documentary series): https://youtu.be/Ln4WCfGDKlk?si=KOTfrTF66JlXxcQ0

Our mission is to build one of the most influential organic-first personal media brands in the world with 10M+ followers across platforms while driving massive, profitable traffic into our software companies and education businesses.

We strongly believe that income is a reflection of the impact we make on this world, and so through our content we aspire to positively impact 10M followers in the next 24 months.

We are intentionally shifting away from paid growth on social and moving 100% organic-first.

This role will own that transformation as the key leader, operator, and soon business partner in our company.

Business education channel (~20K subs in <90 days), Alex Hormozi–style sit-down teaching content, already driving meaningful revenue

  • Existing team members:
    • Dedicated Instagram copywriter
    • Dedicated Instagram video editor
    • YouTube scriptwriter / channel owner
    • Graphic Designer (for all platforms)
    • Two Video Editors
  • Marketing Leadership Team (that will support you, you will work alongside us)
    • CEO and Founder (and actor talent in this case): Richard Yu
    • COO
    • Head of Marketing (on the paid media side, so he leads every initiative and team of 10 people on the paid advertising side, this individual will be your accountability peer since you be the equivalent of him, but on the ORGANIC team side)

You will lead, not replace, these people, and then build an even more talented team on top of it.

The perfect example of this role is this individual Sam that we respect, that is the Head of Organic Content for another company in our industry.

Your Mission

Build, scale, and lead the entire organic content ecosystem—starting with Instagram, then expanding outward into YouTube, short-form platforms, and written platforms—while earning the trust, respect, and performance of a growing content team.

Phase-Based Responsibilities

Phase 1: Instagram Organic (Immediate Priority)

You will personally own Instagram organic growth end-to-end.

This includes:

  • Conducting viral content research to find the most viral and trending content that exists
  • Writing word for word teleprompter scripts for Richard to read off of when filming content
  • Writing or approving copy direction
  • Reviewing and directing short-form video execution
  • Working closely with the Instagram copywriter and editor
  • Defining KPIs (retention, saves, shares, profile visits, follows, revenue impact)
  • Ensuring content is natively optimized (no ads, no boosting)

You must deeply understand Instagram before you can lead it.

Phase 2: Instagram + YouTube

Once Instagram is operating at a high level:

  • You will oversee both Instagram and YouTube
  • The YouTube channel owner and scriptwriter will report to you
  • You must understand:
    • Long-form retention
    • Thumbnails and titles
    • Watch time and session growth
    • Content packaging for education-based channels

We do not believe in leaders who “manage” channels they don’t understand.

Phase 3: Short-Form Expansion (FB + TikTok)

You will expand organic distribution to:

  • Facebook (organic, not ads)
  • TikTok

This is not copy-paste repurposing.

You must understand:

  • Platform-native hooks
  • CTA differences
  • Formatting nuances
  • Audience psychology differences

Phase 4: Written Platforms (X + LinkedIn)

You will eventually oversee:

  • X (Twitter)
  • LinkedIn (a major priority)

This includes ghostwriting in the founder’s voice, narrative-based authority content, and business storytelling.

Leadership Expectations

We hire top-down.

You must be able to:

  • Hire and negotiate compensation
  • Train and develop talent
  • Run effective meetings
  • Hold people accountable to output and performance
  • Work with agencies short-term (3–6 months), learn from them, then build in-house

This is an operator role, not an individual contributor role—though you must still have a strong personal content skillset.

Who This Role Is For

  • You have led organic growth before
  • You’ve worked with creators or brands at hundreds of thousands to millions of followers
  • You want to build something massive—not just manage tasks
  • You’re comfortable with ownership, accountability, and pressure
  • You want to be a long-term partner, not a short-term hire

Requirements

Required: A Content Superpower

You must clearly know your core creative superpower, such as:

  • Cinematic videography / shooting
  • Elite video editing / storytelling
  • High-conversion copywriting / ghostwriting
  • Visual direction / creative strategy

You do not need to be great at everything—but you must be exceptional at something.

In-Person Preference (Strongly Preferred, Not Mandatory)

We strongly prefer candidates who:

  • Can travel 1–2x per month to shoot content with Richard
  • Are comfortable being on-location for filming
  • Can work closely with editors because they shot the footage themselves

Richard is based in Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico (you’re encouraged to look it up).

Travel is not mandatory, but it is a major advantage.

Global Vision (Optional Upside)

In the next 24 months:

  • Expansion into Spanish-speaking markets
  • Expansion into Chinese-speaking markets

If you speak Spanish or Mandarin, this is a strong plus.

Benefits

Compensation is flexible and merit-based.

  • Entry-level leadership: $4,000–$5,000/month
  • Senior, proven operators: $10,000 - $17,000+/month (with even higher upside, described below)
  • Performance-based growth expected

This role is designed to evolve into a partner-level position:

  • Potential profit share
  • Potential equity discussions after ~12 months
  • Exposure to software companies already valued at multiple eight figures

This is performance-dependent, not guaranteed.

If you're still here.... this means you're interested. To apply, this is how it goes.

STEP 1: Fill out all the questions below, answering with as much detail as possible. One word vague answers will instantly be disqualified. For the loom, try to demonstrate what you've done before in the past.

STEP 2: Interview process is simple. Round 1 is with our Head of Ops and/or our Head of Marketing, and then round 2 will be with our COO. Final round (Round 3) will be with our founder/CEO Richard Yu.

Finally, we'll give you a paid test assignment to demonstrate your work, leadership, and capabilities, and this can be discussed on the 2nd and 3rd round interview.

That's it!

So go ahead and apply below!

P.S. If you know of anyone that is the perfect fit for this role, please send this form to them and tell them to list you as the "referral" (which is one of the questions belowed). If they are hired and stay on till day 45 with us, we'll personally wire/paypal/venmo (or however you'd like) $3,000.00 USD as a thank you for sending us our way.

The story of High Performance Training is one of passion for baseball, forged through years of high-level play and dedicated coaching. It began with the shared vision of its owners, Kyle Fedorka and Greg Haeger, two individuals whose lives have been deeply intertwined with the sport. Kyle Fedorka, a former standout athlete at Madonna University, made a name for himself as both a formidable position player and a dominant pitcher. His collegiate career was highlighted by earning NAIA All-American honors and setting a single-season saves record as a freshman, a testament to his early talent and composure on the mound. After his playing days, Kyle seamlessly transitioned into coaching, first as a graduate assistant and then as an Assistant Coach at his alma mater. His journey continued in the competitive world of travel baseball, where he honed his skills in developing young athletes, guiding players from the tender age of 11 all the way to the cusp of their college careers at 18. With over a decade of experience, Kyle's leadership in pitching development has become the cornerstone of High Performance Training's reputation for innovation and excellence.

Complementing Kyle's expertise is the extensive experience of Greg Haeger, the Director of Hitting Development. Greg's journey in baseball is marked by professional-level talent and a long, successful coaching career. Drafted by the Detroit Tigers out of Detroit Catholic Central High School in 1987, he opted to play for the prestigious University of Michigan. His talent was undeniable, leading to him being drafted again by the Tigers three years later. While his professional playing career spanned six years, his true calling was in shaping the next generation of players. In 1996, Greg took the helm as the head coach for the Madonna University Baseball team, a position he held with distinction for two decades. With over 25 years of instructional expertise, Coach Haeger now leads all hitting programs at High Performance Training, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a deep-seated passion for the game to every lesson. Together, Kyle and Greg have created more than just a training facility; they have built a positive, nurturing environment where athletes are given the tools, knowledge, and encouragement to thrive and reach their ultimate potential, both on and off the field.
