Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the platform, aligning with company goals and future needs, particularly focused on modernization and scalable infrastructure.

  • Leverage generative AI tools to improve program workflows, automate communications, and increase delivery efficiency.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for escalated platform-related issues, ensuring exceptional experiences for clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide in-time coaching and guidance to junior Program Managers and team members, enhancing maturity and program delivery capability.

Building Knowledge

  • Deepen your expertise in our baseline technology stack, including infrastructure operations, cloud technologies, and enterprise platform architecture.
  • Demonstrate fluency in AI tooling and emerging AI capabilities, and apply this knowledge to optimize program outcomes.
  • Lead by example in customer-centric thinking, integrating client feedback into platform evolution and strategic planning.
  • Engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize enhancements aligned to technical and business objectives.
  • Stay current with relevant technical innovations, particularly related to infrastructure, platform scalability, operational resilience, and AI industry trends.

Applying Skills

  • Demonstrate high business and technical acumen with the ability to align cross-functional teams to common goals.
  • Communicate complex platform strategies effectively to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical.
  • Incorporate AI-powered tools to streamline problem solving, increase program visibility, and accelerate decision-making.
  • Be decisive, flexible, and maintain momentum in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal skills, fostering trust and cooperation among distributed teams.

Influencing Behavior

  • Proactively share knowledge and best practices, mentoring colleagues and contributing to team development.
  • Advocate for platform improvements and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with strategic direction.
  • Support continuous improvement through thoughtful stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Promote your area of expertise through presentations, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Embracing AI-Native Talent

At Copperleaf, we believe that fluency with generative AI tools and technologies can be a powerful accelerator for innovation and impact. We’re particularly excited to work with individuals who:

  • Frequently explore and apply AI solutions to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and enhance decision-making.

  • Have real-world examples of how AI has helped streamline workflows, uncover insights, or create new value in their past roles.
  • Approach challenges with a mindset that blends technical know-how with AI-enabled creativity.

If you’re someone who naturally turns to AI as part of your problem-solving toolkit, we’d love to see how you’ve used it to make an impact.
