Nessa cadeira, você garantirá que nossas operações rodem com excelência, segurança e alta disponibilidade, criando um ambiente onde incidentes são detectados rapidamente, crises são conduzidas com clareza e processos evoluem de forma contínua.

Sua atuação conectará Engenharia, Produto, Segurança e Operações, fortalecendo práticas de observabilidade, resposta a incidentes e tomada de decisão em cenários de alta criticidade.

Seu Cardápio Diário:

  • Liderar o time de operação 24 x 7 dentro do Command Center de iFood Pago, garantindo excelência na resposta a incidentes, disciplina de processos e alta confiabilidade dos serviços.
  • Apoiar na gestão de crises, coordenando comunicação, escalonamentos e tomada de decisão em cenários de urgência.
  • Monitorar e impulsionar métricas críticas como tempo de detecção de incidentes, atendimento de alertas dentro do SLA e qualidade operacional do time.
  • Desenvolver as pessoas por meio de PDIs estruturados, rituais consistentes e construção de um ambiente colaborativo e maduro.
  • Conectar áreas de Engenharia, Produto, Segurança e Operações, garantindo alinhamento nas ações de prevenção, mitigação e melhoria contínua.
  • Fortalecer práticas de observabilidade, troubleshooting e sustentação, promovendo visão sistêmica e clareza nos riscos operacionais.
  • Atuar com senso crítico e pragmatismo na priorização de demandas, na resolução de problemas e na construção de processos mais robustos.

Ingredientes Que Buscamos:

  • Experiência em ambientes de alta criticidade, gestão de incidentes e operação contínua (NOC, SRE, Command Center ou similares).
  • Capacidade de liderança técnica e operacional, com habilidade para coordenar times em momentos de pressão.
  • Conhecimento em infraestrutura, observabilidade, ITIL/ITSM e práticas de sustentação.
  • Boa capacidade de troubleshooting, interpretação de métricas e identificação de riscos.
  • Comunicação clara, habilidade de orquestração e relacionamento com stakeholders de alto impacto.
  • Maturidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos, complexos e com múltiplos interesses envolvidos.

Para Realçar o Sabor:

  • Experiência com operação de plataformas de serviços financeiros.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas e padrões de observabilidade ou automação operacional.
  • Vivência com ambientes de missão crítica que exigem decisões rápidas e impacto elevado.
