WhatYou’llDo

• Orchestrate AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery—grounded instrong design, reviews, automated checks, and production monitoring

• Design, build, andmaintaincore product features across frontend and backend

• Cross-functional collaborationto shape product directionand architecture

• Lead by example through high-quality,maintainablesoftware

• ReviewPRs, mentor other engineers, and help shape best practice

• Own your work in production—monitor, debug, and iterate

• Help define and evolve our engineering processes as we scale

• On-callduring Eastern business hours only

WhatWe’reLooking For

• 7+ years of professional experience building software in a production environment

• Regular use of AI coding tools

• Experience building large web applications inReact

• Experience with TypeScript and/or Go

• Experience with Postgres and/or DynamoDB;SQS or Kafka

• Strong senseof ownership and a bias toward action

• Excellent communicationand collaborationskills

• Comfort withcontainerizedDevOps practices andGitHub-basedCI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.)

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (CDK, Terraform,Pulumi, etc.)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experiencerequired

Physical Demands

• Extensive sitting,phoneand computer use

• Some travel may berequired

Work Environment

• Remote / Virtual Role – EasternTimezonehours with a distributed team

• Base salary range starting at $140,000 based on experience
