Fullstack (RoR/ React/ React Native)

Join a team that’s building the core digital infrastructure for a fast-growing staffing-tech platform. Our client is changing the game for small and mid-sized businesses, creating a fully automated marketplace where staffing requests, bookings, and invoicing all happen online.

We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native) who doesn’t just write code, but actually shapes how AI-powered automation works in production. You’ll own parts of the backend, build AI-assisted features, and make sure things scale smoothly—no endless meetings, no “best practice” buzzwords unless they actually make sense.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Strong experience in Ruby on Rails in production environments

• Knowledge of React Native and TypeScript/JavaScript

• Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS

• Ability to build scalable, reliable systems

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and validating AI-generated code

Nice-to-have:

• Experience building high-performance microservices in Rust, C++, or Node.js

• Salesforce integration experience

• Passion for AI-native products and workflow automation
