The Learning and Performance Specialist is responsible for providing training consultation to company leaders, designing and delivering training content, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS). The candidate must have 3+ years in a corporate training role developing learning solutions for all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and manage training documentation
- Administer and support company learning management system (LMS)
- Provide learning & development services and consultation to business team(s)
- Implement L&D strategies and learning initiatives
- Design and oversee development of T&D solutions in multiple formats
- Analyze and communicate the metrics of learning effectiveness
- Participate as an integral and active partner within HR and business teams
- Plan, schedule, and deliver learning events
- Work with vendors to procure content and learning materials
- Track and report learning outcomes and student enrollments in the learning management system
