IDC is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our platform and analytics team to architect and scale data ingestion pipelines, lead master data management efforts, and enable clean, reliable data infrastructure for analytics and AI initiatives.

Requirements

Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable ingestion pipelines from multiple data sources
Lead MDM implementation, including data normalization, governance, and quality controls
Partner with AI engineers and analysts to ensure data readiness for modeling and automation
Automate and optimize ETL/ELT workflows, data profiling, and validation processes
Develop and maintain documentation on data architecture, lineage, and standards
Monitor performance and proactively resolve pipeline issues in production environments
Contribute to infrastructure evolution, leveraging cloud and open-source tools
