The Child Support Enforcement Expert will provide expert consultation with capture efforts and proposal development for Federal Child Support Enforcement opportunities and will contribute expertise regarding the intersection of Federal Child Support legislation, funding and technical requirements and identify connections other social service programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute expertise to the following:
Knowledge management of best and promising practices in Child Support Enforcement programs.
Participate and advise in capture processes.
Participate as a writer on proposals for Child Support Enforcement opportunities.
Advise on organizational structure, relationships, and key personnel in proposals.
Provide insight into competitors working with Child Support Enforcement
Identify client challenges and potential solutions.
Identify potential partners for business development.
Assist with recruiting, hiring, and orienting subject matter experts in the areas of Child Support Enforcement
Establish relationships with other contractors and grantees.
Create opportunities to meet with potential clients.
Prepare presentations.
Establish processes in the implementation of new projects.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years’ experience working in a leadership position with Child Support Enforcement programs at the federal and/or state level.
5+ years in business development either from a procurement or bidding perspective.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Master's in social services related field.
Experience in program and technology implementation

Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Project) and MS SharePoint

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
